WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are processed by the date the order is placed and shipped based on item availability. High demand and pre-sale items can and will take longer to process due to longer production times.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email when your order has been shipped.

ARE ORDERS DELAYED DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON?

Orders placed during peak season are not guaranteed to arrive within the standard delivery time due to the increase in volume that the delivery services receive.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE DELIVERY STATUS?

You can check the delivery status of your order online by using the email address used to place the order or with your order number. Please note: a status of “unfulfilled” means the order is not ready to ship.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal, MasterCard, VISA and American Express cards as forms of payment. Our website encrypts your login and credit card information in transit.
